Nokia E series and N series phones: Nokia Mail for Exchange must be installed.
Apple iPhone: iPhone iOS v3 or above and Safari Mobile browser are required.
Palm Pre phone: webOS v1.1, v1.2, or v1.3 is required.
HTC Hero phone: Android v1.5 or above is required
Other Android Phones: Android v2 is required (supports email and contacts only), there is a known fault in v2.2
